3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND ELIGIBILITY POLICY
3.1 CANCELLATION & REFUND REQUESTS VARY DEPENDING ON:
A) 30-DAY MUSICPRENEUR ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP TRIAL
If you are registering for a free or $1 30-day trial, you may cancel at any time during your membership, and you will no longer receive the Musicpreneuer Academy resources and trainings we provide. Upon canceling, you will not be able to start a new 30-day trial for 1 full year. After that year, you can start a new 30-day trial period. If your trial is $1 and you cancel within 30 days, you will not receive a $1 refund. Whether your trial is free or $1, if you do not cancel within 30 days, your membership will automatically continue and your credit card will be charged monthly for the membership level that you selected.

B) MONTHLY MUSICPRENEUR ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP
Your Musicpreneur Academy membership, which may start with a free or $1 trial will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Upon canceling, you will not be able to start a new monthly membership for 1 full year. After that year, you can start a new monthly membership period. Refunds for monthly payments leading up to your cancellation will not be granted and upon cancellation, your membership access will be good through the remainder of that month. After that month, your credit card will no longer be charged and you will no longer receive access to the Musicpreneur Academy resources and trainings we provide.
