1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Musicpreneur Academy resources and services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.
Musicpreneur Academy is a division of the company, Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. We (Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc.) reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at https://musicpreneuracademymembers.com/terms-conditions/ on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.
2. EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER
Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our trainings. We give you a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on the trainings we offer and sell, so if you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our trainings, you may ask for your money back based on the Cancellation & Refund Eligibility Policy as explained in section 3 below.
All products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced on any of our sites or marketing materials, are illustrative of the results of others who have experienced our trainings only, and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance.
Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions, or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
These policies and procedures apply to all Musicpreneur Academy products and trainings sold on this site or any other site owned by Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc.
BILLING ADDRESS
Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, if you order any physical products from us, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND ELIGIBILITY POLICY
3.1 CANCELLATION & REFUND REQUESTS VARY DEPENDING ON:
A) MONTHLY MUSICPRENEUR ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP
Your Musicpreneur Academy membership will continue month-to-month, unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Upon cancelling, you will not be able to start a new monthly membership for 1 full year. After that year, you can start a new monthly membership period. Refunds for monthly payments leading up to your cancellation will not be granted and upon cancellation, your membership access will be good through the remainder of that month. After that month, your credit card will no longer be charged and you will no longer receive access to the Musicpreneur Academy resources and trainings we provide.
B) YEARLY MUSICPRENEUR ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP: 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you pay for the year in full for the Musicpreneur Academy membership (silver, gold, or platinum levels) and you request a refund within the 30-day refund period, we will need to see that you have gone through the initial membership material. See the Refund Eligibility Requirement below.
C) PART TIME MUSICIAN, FULL TIME INCOME: 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you either pay in full or pay monthly for the Part Time Musician Full Time Income digital course and you request a refund within the 30-day refund period, we will need to see that you have gone through the initial course material. See the Refund Eligibility Requirement below.
D) PART TIME MUSICIAN, FULL TIME INCOME: INSTANT ACCESS
By paying in full and upgrading to immediate instant access of the Part Time Musician Full Time Income digital course you are not eligible for a refund request. Due to the nature of the program delivery (you can access and download the entire content and resources immediately) all sales are final.
E) CUSTOM SONG SUCCESS: 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you either pay in full or pay monthly for the Custom Song Success digital course and you request a refund within the 30-day refund period, we will need to see that you have gone through the course material. See the Refund Eligibility Requirement below.
f) FEARLESS SPEAKER FORMULA
Due to receiving full instant access to all digital course modules at once, including downloadable resources, refunds will not be granted.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
STEP 1: To request a refund within the 30-day period, you will need to submit your request to Support@BeTheDreamUnlimited.com. Any refund requests outside the initial 30-day period (even if it’s a 31-day month) will not be granted.
STEP 2: Based on the training you are requesting a refund for, our customer support team will send you a questionnaire about either the 1) Musicpreneur Academy membership content 2) Part Time Musician Full Time Income course content 3) Custom Song Success course content. This will help us to know that you actively went through the material, but were unsatisfied with it.
STEP 3: Send us the completed questionnaire with your answers within 3 business days that it was sent to you. If you do not complete the questionnaire or do not answer the questions accurately (answers don’t have to be perfect, but they do need to be fairly accurate), you will not be granted a refund.
STEP 4: Upon reviewing the answers on your completed questionnaire and determining that you have fulfilled our Refund Eligibility Requirement, a full refund will be issued. At that point in time, you will no longer receive Musicpreneur Academy resources and trainings for the remaining 11 months of the program, and current membership access will be closed. Similarly, you will no longer have access to course content and resources provided within 1) Part Time Musician Full Time Income or 2) Custom Song Success.
3.2 REFUND FULFILLMENT
Our 100% money back guarantee covers price of products or trainings only.
Once a refund request is submitted and approved based on the Refund Eligibility Requirement, the refund process will take no more than 30 days and the next month’s payment and all future payments will be cancelled if you registered for a monthly payment plan. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card OR mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
Should you cancel your Musicpreneur Academy 30-day trial or membership, you will no longer be able to renew your trial or membership for a duration of at least 12 months. After 12 months, you can start a new trial or membership.
3.3 STREAMING, PAYMENT, YEARLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Streaming: You must have Internet access in order to access many of our trainings and resources. We are not responsible for the quality of your Internet service and ability or inability to stream or download our trainings on your desktop, lap top, phone, or other devices.
Payment: You must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use the Musicpreneur Academy services. We will bill the monthly membership fee for the 1) Musicpreneur Academy Membership and/or 2) Part Time Musician Full Time Income and/or 3) Custom Song Success to the payment method used when registering unless updated or changed by you, the subscriber. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method.
Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Musicpreneur Academy yearly subscription. Any refund requests after 30 days, even if there are 31 days in that month, will be prorated by the amount of time remaining under the original yearly subscription period. Example: If you purchase a yearly subscription in January of this year and you decide you want a refund 6 months from the purchase date, your prorated refund would be 50% of the purchase price.
Multiple returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than once.
4. TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL AND EMAIL DELIVERY
Trial members will receive an email notice from us that your trial period is ending and/or that the paying portion of your membership has begun. Monthly Musicpreneur Academy subscriptions and payments automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. that they wish to cancel. Please refer to the Cancellation & Refund Requests section 3.1.
In the welcome email that you receive from us, we will give you detailed instruction on how to increase the probability of future email notifications and updates from us landing in your primary email in-box. You are solely responsible for checking your emails from us regardless of where they are in your email folders (i.e. promotions tab, spam folder, etc.)
5. TERMS OF CONTENT DELIVERY AND COURSE BONUS(ES)
All membership and course content will be sent to you via email on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Therefore, rather than content being sent to you all at once, it will be sent gradually and in sequence over the course of 1 year. The timing of content delivery is based on the general assessed projection, estimation, and likelihood of full course consumption and implementation. While everyone's timeline to study and implement course content greatly varies, the sequence at which you receive our on-going content is meant to maximize your potential for results.
If you have purchased our course Part Time Musician, Full Time Income, you will receive free bonus access to A) our live Musicpreneur Academy membership group coaching calls and B) our private Musicpreneur Academy Facebook page. However, access to the full year of content and trainings inside the Musicpreneur Academy membership is only available upon starting a 30-day Musicpreneur Academy membership trial, and is not available as a free bonus to the Part Time Musician, Full Time Income course. All other bonuses offered at time of course purchase will be sent to you via email and/or may be included inside the Part Time Musician, Full Time Income course.
6. MUSICPRENEUR ACADEMY MEMBER DISCOUNT POLICY
From time to time, on some Musicpreneur Academy products, we will offer our members the opportunity to purchase additional products and services at a discount rate. To be eligible for this discount, the customer must be a member in good standing at the time of purchase.
7. YOUR ACCOUNT
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Musicpreneur Academy services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
7.1 ACCESS TO PREVIOUS PURCHASES
As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiring Musicpreneur Academy trainings, you may download previously acquired trainings (when available) onto any Associated Device. Some Musicpreneur Academy trainings or services that you previously acquired may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.
Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.
8. SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS AND COMMUNITIES
Music artists and business owners of all levels are welcome here. We have community members of all skills, backgrounds, experience, and income levels.
We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our private groups and communities, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.
• Keep it respectful
Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted, removed, or we will ask you to revise your thoughts. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.
• No pitching to the group
We have a strict ‘no shopping for customers’ policy in our groups. This includes pointing people to blog posts with your offers/affiliate offers and publicly asking members to join your own Facebook groups or communities. Be cautious of unsolicited private messages to group members. If we get multiple complaints that you or someone else is using private messages to make unsolicited pitches to members, you may be asked to leave. You should view the group as your peers, not your leads.
• No gated content
Content posted in the groups cannot be used to harvest leads in any way. If you need a feedback or a review, post the direct PDF, document, or screenshot. Don’t require people to opt-in to view.
• Respect confidentiality
Content gathered in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.
• Keep it on topic
We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.
• Partnering with other members
Access to this group does not mean that Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. endorses anyone’s products or services. Please be cautious and do your due diligence when partnering with anyone in the group – don’t assume everyone is trustworthy.
• Report posts that are breaking group policies
Due to the large amount of people in our groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to catch everything. If you see a post that is questionable, please report it, tag our community manager in the comments, or reach out to our community manger directly via private message so our team can review them.
• Breaking the rules
Three warnings for rule-breaking behavior will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7-day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently removed from the community or group.
9. LIVE EVENTS (WORKSHOPS & SEMINARS)
The events, information, experts, and speakers listed on our sites are subject to change without notification.
You have THIRTY (30) DAYS prior to the event to request a full refund of your ticket price or seat deposit. Any request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed, even if there are 31 days in that month. Any unused tickets will be forfeited and are not transferable to another event.
TICKET HOLDERS MAY NOT SELL, OFFER FOR SALE, OFFER AT AUCTIONS, RESELL, DONATE, ACT AS COMMERCIAL AGENT FOR ANOTHER PARTY OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER THEIR TICKETS IN ANY WAY WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF BE THE DREAM UNLIMITED, INC.
9.1 TICKET TRANSFERS
Ticket transfers will not be processed THIRTY (30) Days prior to the event.
9.2 PROCESS FOR GUEST TICKETS TRANSFERS
Once a Ticket purchase is confirmed, the Ticket Purchaser may only change the assignment of the Guests accompanying him/her a maximum of 2 times and using the Tickets that he/she purchased by:
• Submitting a Guest Ticket Transfer Request: The Ticket Purchaser must submit a transfer request to Support@BeTheDreamunlimited.com.
9.3 TICKET RESALES
If a Ticket Purchaser cannot use all of the Tickets that he/she has purchased, the Ticket Purchaser will have the opportunity to submit to BE THE DREAM UNLIMITED, INC. a formal request for the resale of the Tickets he/she no longer wants via the Musicpreneur Academy support team, so that the support team can try to resell the Tickets to another attendee. Unlike the Guest Transfer policy, the Ticket Purchaser will not have to provide a reason for the Ticket Resale request.
There is no guarantee that demand for Tickets will result in the Tickets being resold. If the Ticket Purchaser’s Tickets are not resold, no resale proceeds will be returned to the Ticket Purchaser.
10. LIVE STREAMS
• Refunds will only be provided in situations where the customer is unable to watch the Livestream due to technical issues.
• Refunds will only be considered and processed on the first day of each respective event.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY</B.
THE BE THE DREAM UNLIMITED, INC. STREAM AND ALL CONTENT AND SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED THEREWITH, OR ANY OTHER FEATURES OR FUNCTIONALITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE BE THE DREAM UNLIMITED, INC. LIVE STREAM, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BE THE DREAM UNLIMITED, INC. DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE BE THE DREAM UNLIMITED, INC. LIVE STREAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or redemption to be received by Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to customer’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading or streaming any materials consistent with this agreement or subsequent use of any Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. owned web properties. If, for any reason, the stream is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. which threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a live stream offer, Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc., reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any subscription. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BE THE DREAM UNLIMITED INC. WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR ATTEMPTED REDEMPTION AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc., including but not limited to Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Musicpreneur Academy services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Musicpreneur Academy services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Musicpreneur Academy services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Musicpreneur Academy brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Musicpreneur Academy brand at any time without notice. In no event will Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. be liable for making these changes. Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. services, in any case and without notice or liability.
All copyrights in and to Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF BE THE DREAM UNLIMITED, INC., EXCEPT FOR USE OF BE THE DREAM UNLIMITED, INC. AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
Musicpreneur Academy, the Musicpreneur Academy logo, other Musicpreneur Academy trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. are trademarks or registered trademarks of Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Be The Dream Unlimited, Inc. may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
Personal Checks
• Orders placed with a check will be held for 10 business days. Once 10 business days is complete, the order will be released.
• All returned checks will be charged a $25 USD return check fee.
• Counter checks will not be accepted.
• Checks and money orders must be sent in U.S. funds.
